Haystack Blonde Ale (5.0%): Moderately hopped with a subtle malt flavor, this golden ale is our lightest and recommended to those new to the world of microbrews. Clean and crisp are often used to describe this great thirst quencher, and it makes the perfect partner to all of our seafood dishes
Ausable Wulff Red Ale* (5.6%): This beer is named after a fly used by fly fisherman worldwide. Its designer, world-renowned fly fisherman Francis Betters, lives here in the Adirondacks. East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops balance out six varieties of English specialty malt to produce this robust, red ale. Look for notes of caramel and toffee and a biscuity malt aroma.
Cloud Splitter Belgian Strong Ale (11.8%): A Belgian strong ale guaranteed to keep you warm on or off the mountain. This is a very complex brew with plenty of Belgian candi sugar to give it some sweeter notes but finishing very dry and clean. This isn’t for the weak at heart as it packs a pretty big punch.
Adirondack Abbey Ale* (7.1%): Considered by many master-brewers to be the most complex, rich style of brewing in the world, this Belgian “Dubbel” uses pure Belgian candi sugar, Belgian malts and a rare Belgian strain of brewer’s yeast to produce “esters”—flavors that range from clove to banana.

Whiteface Stout (7.6%): Whiteface Stout is our world class, multiple GABF award winning foreign-style stout. Huge amounts roast and chocolate malts give this robust & hearty brew its opaque color and layered flavors of chocolate, roast, coffee, and Espresso.
